Author PJ Hamilton Introduces New Program: 3 Stepping Stones for Post-Bariatric Success

We’re excited to share that our client, PJ Hamilton, has created a transformative new program designed to support post-bariatric women in turning regain into resilience. With her own experience navigating weight gain and self-doubt, PJ understands the unique challenges that many post-bariatric individuals face. Inspired by her journey, this program is dedicated to empowering others with knowledge, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose.

In her upcoming program, 3 Stepping Stones to Transform Post-Bariatric Regain: Maintenance, Movement, and Muscle, PJ will work closely with participants to help them reclaim their journey, with practical tools and compassionate guidance.

The 3 Stepping Stones for Lasting Transformation

1. Maintenance – Building Health from the Inside Out
The program emphasizes sustainable self-care habits, including the importance of regular health check-ups, supplements, and lab work. Participants will gain valuable insights on maintaining long-term health and wellness in a supportive, sustainable way.

2. Movement – Making Movement an Ally
Movement plays a powerful role in building confidence and energy. PJ will provide resources and ideas for making movement enjoyable, helping participants establish a positive relationship with their bodies through physical activity they love.

3. Muscle – Strengthening Body and Spirit
Physical strength often translates to mental resilience. PJ will guide participants on the benefits of building muscle through strength training and provide step-by-step support for those new to it. Together, they’ll discover how physical strength can empower personal goals and post-bariatric success.
